Don Wallace
 Don is North Bay born and bred. Son of George and brother of Jack, he was educated at Tweedsmuir Public School, and Algonquin Composite School. Don then moved on to Glendon College for a bilingual BA in Political Science and Sociology, and to Osgoode Hall Law School for his LL.B. His call to the Bar was in 1975, after which he joined Wallace & Carr where he has practiced ever since. Don has a busy practice concentrating on Civil Litigation including Personal Injury matters, Insurance Law, Contracts, Commercial Law and Family Law including Divorce, Custody and Division of Property.
He has been very involved in the community with special interest in children's activities. Such activities include executive positions with the North Bay Granite Club, North Bay Kiwanis Club, Montessori Children's House, North Bay Apollo Gymnastics Club, Kennedy Fellowship, and the Ill Eagles Oldtimers Hockey Team. Don has also coached in the Nipissing Roller Hockey League and the West Ferris Minor Hockey Association, of which he is currently the vice president. He is married to Diane with three children and enjoys family time at the cottage, skiing, biking, rollerblading, or playing tennis with them. He has acted for many years as Children's Aid Counsel, and also as a Children's Lawyer. He is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, Canadian Bar Association of Ontario, American Trial Lawyers Association, Advocates Society, Ontario Trial Lawyers Society and Chairman of the Nipissing Legal Aid Area Committee. Don is currently the president of the Nipissing Law Association.
